COLLEGE SOFTBALL: WAVERLY GRAD KRAFT'S MULTIPLE-HIT GAMES LEAD DOMINICAN TO SWEEP OF UofS (2019-04-14)

ORANGEBURG, N.Y. - Waverly grad Shailei Kraft, a sophomore on the Dominican College softball team, had multiple-hit games in both ends of a doubleheader sweep of the University of Sciences here Sunday afternoon.

Kraft stroked a pair of singles, stole a base, and had two RBI in a 4-3 win in the first game of the twinbill.

She followed that up with two doubles and two runs scored in the nightcap, a 7-0 win.

On the season, Kraft is hitting .274 (26 hits in 95 ABs) with four doubles, one home run, 11 RBI, 14 runs scored and four stolen bases.

Dominican, 17-16 on the season, returns to action in a twinbill Tuesday when it hosts Chestnut Hill College.
