ELMIRA - The Athens-based Lady Huskies went 4-0 over the weekend here at Elmira College to win the 10th- & 11th-grade division at the Chemung River Challenge.

The Huskies opened play with a 54-24 win over BC AfterShock, then topped the Andover Panthers 46-26, and the S-VE Warriors, 52-23.

In the championship game, the Lady Huskies canned 12 3-pointers in a 59-21 win over the Allegheny Hornets.

The games were played at four different sites - Notre Dame High School, Finn Academy, Ernie Davis Center, and old Southside High School.
