COLLEGE CROSS COUNTRY: WAVERLY GRADS TALADA, FRITZEN RECEIVE AMERICA EAST CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS (2024-04-29)

BINGHAMTON — Waverly grads Sheridan Talada, a grad student, and Elizabeth Fritzen, a senior, recently received their American East championship rings from the Binghamton women’s cross country team winning its first-ever conference championship in the fall.

The cross country team was honored at halftime of Bearcats’ basketball game.

Talada placed 31st in 19:08 at the conference championship.

Talada and Fritzen are also running track this spring, and will be at the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County.
