YOUTH BASKETBALL: NEARLY PERFECT, TIOGA'S REIS WINS AGE GROUP AT KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS FINGER LAKES CHAPTER FREE THROW CHAMPIONSHIPS (2019-03-07)

ROCHESTER - Tioga's Josh Reis was nearly perfect, knocking down 24 of 25 free-throw attempts to win his age group  at the 2019 Knights of Columbus Finger Lakes Chapter Free Throw Championships here Sunday afternoon at McQuaid Jesuit High School.

Reis edged out Luke Simonetti, who made 20 of 25, to win the 14-year-old boys division.

Tioga's Abigail Foley made 10 of 25 to finish second in the 14-year-old girls division, while Reagan Foley made 7 of 25 to finish seventh in the 10-year-old girls division.

Reis advances to the 2019 Upstate Conference Finals Saturday at Bishop Ludden High School in Syracuse.
